1. About the service

TimeTableGenerator is an independently owned web tool created and operated by Esakkiappan. It helps users create, edit, generate, print, and export school timetables. It includes rule-based scheduling and an optional AI-assisted scheduling feature. The service is provided for general planning and informational purposes.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult. If you use the site for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to enter any information you provide.

3. Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, or internal organizational timetable planning. You are responsible for reviewing generated results and deciding whether they are suitable for your needs.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access restrictions, or technical safeguards.
• Interfere with the site, servers, networks, or another user’s access.
• Send malware, automated spam, excessive requests, or content designed to disrupt the service.
• Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the service in a way prohibited by applicable law.
• Enter confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable student information without proper authorization.
• Use generated output to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the class names, subject names, teacher names, prompts, schedules, and other information you enter. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit that information.

You grant us and the service providers involved in operating the requested feature a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. When you use AI generation, relevant content is transmitted for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important timetables. Browser storage may be cleared, lost, or unavailable, and the site is not a permanent backup service.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated schedules and explanations may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable. AI output is not professional educational, staffing, employment, legal, or safety advice. Always review period counts, teacher assignments, room needs, break requirements, workload, accessibility, and applicable school rules before using a schedule.

We do not guarantee that an AI-generated timetable will meet every prompt, constraint, regulation, contract, or institutional policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, software, branding, text, and original materials are owned by the site owner or used under applicable licenses and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You may use, print, and export timetables that you create for your own lawful purposes. Rights in names, logos, content, or other materials that you supply remain with their respective owners. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

7. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Morph AI, hosting providers, GitHub, and advertising providers such as Google AdSense. We do not control third-party availability, content, security, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, provider outages, quota limits, security concerns, or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and security. 10. Limitation of liability
